UniMap Condor is a web-based workspace that helps students research and shortlist universities using an interactive map, curated program facts, research metrics, and fit-based recommendations. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@unimapcondor.com.
Pro is a monthly subscription sold by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, billing, sales tax/VAT, and refunds under its own terms and buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the customer portal ("Manage subscription" in your account menu), and Pro access continues until the end of the paid period. For refund requests, contact support@unimapcondor.com or Lemon Squeezy support; refunds are handled case by case in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms and applicable consumer law. Promotional prices apply for the stated period only.
UniMap Condor aggregates information from university websites, open registries (OpenAlex, ROR, Wikipedia/Wikidata), and our own curation. We work to keep facts sourced and dated, but tuition, deadlines, admission requirements, and program details change frequently — always verify critical information with the university's official pages before making application or financial decisions. Ranking tables remain © their respective publishers (QS, Times Higher Education, ShanghaiRanking, CSRankings) and are shown for reference only, with links to the official sources. Fit scores and recommendations are decision aids, not advice, and we make no guarantee of admission outcomes.
You agree not to: abuse, overload, or disrupt the service; scrape or bulk-export our curated datasets for redistribution or resale; share one account across multiple people to circumvent plan limits; or use the service for unlawful purposes. Your own workspace content (notes, statuses, preferences) remains yours; you grant us only the license needed to store and sync it for you.
The UniMap Condor name, mascot, interface, and curated content are our property or used under license. Open-source components and open-data sources are credited in-product and used under their respective licenses.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your subscription is handled per Section 3 and your data per the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence. Contact: support@unimapcondor.com.

本产品聚合大学官网、开放登记库（OpenAlex、ROR、Wikipedia/Wikidata）与我们的人工策展信息。我们尽力标注来源与日期，但学费、截止日期、录取要求与项目细节经常变动——做出申请或财务决定前，请务必以大学官方页面为准。排名数据版权归各出版方（QS、THE、软科、CSRankings）所有，仅作参考展示并附官方链接。匹配度与推荐是决策辅助而非建议，我们不保证任何录取结果。
你同意不：滥用、过载或干扰服务；抓取或批量导出策展数据用于转发或转售；多人共用账号以规避套餐限制；将服务用于非法目的。你的工作区内容（备注、状态、偏好）归你所有，我们仅获得为你存储与同步所需的许可。
UniMap Condor 名称、吉祥物、界面与策展内容归我们所有或经授权使用；开源组件与开放数据按各自许可使用并在产品内致谢。
服务按「现状」提供，不作任何形式的保证。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因服务产生的任何索赔的全部责任，以索赔前 12 个月你实际支付给我们的金额为限。不排除依法不可排除的责任，包括你的法定消费者权利。
你可随时停止使用。对违反条款的账号，我们可在可行时经通知后暂停或终止。终止后订阅按第 3 条、数据按隐私政策处理。
条款可能更新；重大变更将在本页发布并更新生效日期，变更后继续使用即视为接受。
